Where:   Rt = mean % Reference dissolved at time t  |  Tt = mean % Test dissolved at time t  |  n = number of time points
Step-by-Step Calculation
  1. For each time point: calculate (Rt โˆ’ Tt)ยฒ
  2. Sum all squared differences: ฮฃ(Rt โˆ’ Tt)ยฒ
  3. Divide by n: ฮฃ(Rt โˆ’ Tt)ยฒ / n
  4. Add 1: 1 + ฮฃ(Rt โˆ’ Tt)ยฒ / n
  5. Take square root: โˆš[1 + ...]
  6. Divide 100 by that: 100 / โˆš[...]
  7. Apply logโ‚โ‚€ and multiply by 50: f2 = 50 ร— logโ‚โ‚€(...)
